Pamper yourselves and make memories together. On Saturday night, you’re free to explore the town, enjoy a romantic dinner, or book a spa appointment or an overnight stay. *Not included in retreat fee.

This retreat is intended to augment a birthing and lactation course but not be a substitute for one.
Meet Your Instructors
Beverly Gillen is a Twin Cities-based licensed parent educator, author, and founder of Partners in Parenting Consulting. Bev brings 30 years of parent education experience and is a mom of two.
Bev’s daughter, Megan Rosvold, is mama to a busy toddler and a rescue dog. She brings practical expertise in breastfeeding, baby gear, and where to go to find other new parents.

The second or third trimesters are ideal, but feel free to join us at any stage of expectant parenthood.

We understand babies have their own timetable so just let us know, and we will grant you access to the online version of the course at no additional charge.

Of course - all are welcome! While this retreat is geared toward baby’s parents, you could bring one non-pregnant support person along if your co parent is unable to attend.

This workshop is not currently covered by insurance. Some participants have successfully used employer wellness or education benefits, so we encourage you to check with your employer or benefits provider. We are happy to provide documentation if helpful.

Yes! You can take the course online at your own pace. We also offer occasional cohort-based programs, so please contact us if you are interested.

All families are welcome and no one will be denied participation due to inability to pay. Please inquire about our sliding fee scale if you need assistance in paying for the cost of the course.

We know life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel because baby arrives early, contact us for access to our online course.
Because space is limited, we’re unable to offer refunds for no-shows. We appreciate your understanding.
Although rare, classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment in which case we will work with you to find another session.
