What will I learn?
Explore 14 modules with over 60 teaching topics, including baby sleep and feeding, mental health, baby safety, the couple relationship, infant development, and more. We use videos, short reading bytes, experiential activities, field work, and resource links to keep you engaged with the material.
Register for our self-paced course, or watch for upcoming opportunities to join an online cohort of other expectant parents who are in the same stage of life. We also offer an in person workshop if that’s more your style. Students who complete the course will earn the Honorary Degree of Prepared Parent.You can do it – we are already cheering for you!
*This course is intended to augment a birthing and lactation course but not be a substitute for one.

The second or third trimesters are ideal, but feel free to take the course any time during your pregnancy.
